To put this into practice, a number of policies and charters have been developed and adopted based on relevant best practices and the provisions of the Corporate Governance Regulation issued by the Council of the Capital Market Authority on 16/5/1438 AH, and the companies' law issued by the Royal Decree of 28/1/1437 AH..

Saud Alsayyari
Chairman
Al Sayyari held several financial and investment positions locally and internationally where he supervised launching new companies and ventures. He also served as a director in local and international company boards.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nebraska, and completed several intensive courses, including the Credit Analyst of SIDF, leadership and professional programs from Harvard Business School and Fitch Credit Agency.
Mamdouh AlSharhan
Vice Chairman-Independent
During his career that exceeded 22 years, Mr. Al Sharhan held several leadership positions in government and private entities. He also served as a director and chairman of the board in several companies.
Holds a Bachelor of Accounting from King Saud University and a Master of Finance from George Washington University.
Dr. Khalid Al-Arfaj
Member – Independent
During his nearly 25 years of career, Dr. Al-Arfaj has led the development and operation of several large projects and systems. He also served as a director on the board of large companies and banks
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, a Master's in Project Management from George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in Information Management from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom.
Eng. JaeHyuk Lee
Member – Independent
With his diverse technical and managerial experience, Eng. Lee held several positions where he led several projects in the Kingdom, Korea and UAE. He also led the establishment of joint companies in the kingdom and UAE.
Hold bachelor's and Masters of engineering form University of Illinois, USA.

Talal Al-Enezi
Member
With an experience over 20 years in accounting, Mr.Al-Enezi led the financial affairs of a major government and private entities, he also served as a member in several audit committees
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a Fellowship of the Saudi Authority of Auditors and Accountants (SOCPA).
